Our Whitehall, OH team is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to support our customers as a Customer Service Attendant.

Your Role: In this part-time position, you’ll provide support to our customers across a range of tasks while keeping busy and engaged. Your day will include:
- Laundry Processing: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and pack customer laundry orders that are dropped off in store.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assist with laundry machines, and answer questions with a positive, customer-first attitude. Ensure customers have a fantastic experience every time they visit.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store sparkling clean and ready for use, restock supplies, and support daily operations.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Flexibility is key! From helping with in-store tasks to supporting operational needs, every day will be different.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-Starter: You work well independently and take pride in getting things done with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Whether folding clothes or ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, you have a sharp eye for detail.
- Customer-Focused: You love helping others and strive to provide the best possible service.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform tasks that include bending, squatting, and occasional use of step stools.
- Experience: Retail experience, especially in apparel, is a plus, but not required.

- Pay Rate: $13 – $15 per hour, depending on experience
