Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead our merchant acquiring business development initiatives. This key role will focus on driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and establishing strong relationships within the payment solutions industry.
Responsibilities:
1 Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving revenue growth in the merchant acquiring sector.
2 Recruit, train, and mentor a talented sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
3 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to expand our client base and enhance service offerings.
4 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored payment solutions that drive their business success.
5 Monitor sales performance metrics, analysing data to refine strategies and improve overall team effectiveness.
6 Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
1 At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in merchant acquiring business development. Proven leadership experience in building and managing teams.
2 Deep familiarity with payment solutions, technologies, and market trends, with the ability to articulate their value to clients.
3 Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive landscape.
4 Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
5 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6 Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales data, making informed, strategic decisions.
