Teaching Associate
Reports To: Director of Education
Position Status: Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
The Teaching Associate is responsible for classroom coverage as needed, and for working with
students individually or in small groups to carry out educational, behavioral, and treatment programs.
The Teaching Associate will obtain and maintain a valid Substitute Teacher Credential and will
substitute for absent teachers to direct classroom staff and student learning activities in accordance
with the regular teacher's substitute plan. This position is also responsible for providing programming and curriculum support to the classrooms and Agency
