Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services, counseling, and advocacy in diverse healthcare settings located in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Roswell, Truth or Consequences, Santa Clara, and Los Lunas, New Mexico. This role involves direct patient interaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the development of tailored treatment plans to support patients' emotional and social well-being.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Licensure: Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in healthcare settings.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based interventions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress.
- Advocate for patients’ needs and connect them with community resources.
- Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
