Job Overview:

As a Cashier at LV Petroleum, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, handling inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Transaction Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge of Products: Stay informed about available products and promotions to provide helpful information to customers.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the cashier area is clean and organized at all times.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Inventory Assistance: Help monitor inventory and support restocking efforts as needed.

Experience: Previous experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not essential.

Skills: Basic math skills and a strong attention to detail for accurate transaction handling.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with both customers and team members.

Reliability: Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
